1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://webstudio.barev.la/ or engaging WEB STUDIO BAREV LA for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

WEB STUDIO BAREV LA provides the following services to clients in Los Angeles and surrounding areas:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
  • Smart home system and security camera installation
  • Website maintenance and technical support plans

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or quotes provided to each client.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is due before work begins
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery
  • Monthly support plans are billed at the start of each billing period
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website files, app code, design assets) created specifically for their project. WEB STUDIO BAREV LA retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary materials, content, and access credentials in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback within the agreed timeframes
  • Ensure that any content provided does not infringe third-party rights
  • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials provided

6. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project quote. Requests that fall outside the original project scope will be quoted separately as additional work.

7. Limitation of Liability

WEB STUDIO BAREV LA's total liability to a client for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced at a pro-rated rate based on hours worked. If WEB STUDIO BAREV LA cancels a project, a full refund of any paid amounts will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
